Introduction

Guest house accommodation, comprising 7 letting bedrooms set over 5 floors. Grade II listed Georgian town house. Very limited access.
We have pets

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
• We do not have a car park
• A public pay and display car park is located 150 yards up the road, there are disabled spaces available
• Assistance with bags is available on request
• Limited parking is available on street across from the entrance for dropping off guests and luggage
• Approach to entrance is tarmac and pavement
• Contact details are prominently displayed on outside signage
• There is an intercom/call button to allow entry
• The route from the public car park is along public roads and pavement
• There is a bench en-route

 

Main Entrance & Reception
• There is only one entrance
• There are 4 steps leading to the entrance, the steps are 13cm high, 30cm deep and 143cm wide
• The door is 96cm wide and opens inwards
• Leading to a flat carpeted entrance hall 126cm wide and 455cm long
• Through a door 78cm wide which opens towards you
• There is no music
• There is no loop system installed
• Assistance can be provided on request
• A pad and pen are available on arrival
• Lighting is bright
• A familiarisation tour can be arranged
• There is no manned reception
• Reception is 233cm x 148cm square
• All doors and frames are white in contrast to the walls which are pale green

• Breakfast room is situated in our conservatory which has a tiled floor
• Seating is not fixed and is located around the edge of the room
• There are six tables, all of uniform height, all have either 1 or 2 supporting columns
• Breakfast menu's can be read by a member of staff
• Special dietry requirements can be arranged prior to arrival
• There is a buffet and waiter service

• Non of our rooms are suitable for wheelchairs
• The fire alarm is a continuous bell

• We do not have telephones in the rooms
• All rooms are carpetted
• There is a central light in each bedroom

• All our rooms are accessed via stairs
• There are cordless kettles with water level gauge in each room

• Room 1 has an en-suite step into bath which is 20 steps from reception (steps are 15cm in height,30cm deep and 94 cm wide
• Room 6 Has an en-suite walk in shower which is 15 steps (uneven as worn) down
• Room 7 has an en-suite step in bath with shower (the same steps apply as room 6)
• Fire alarms are a continious bell
• All external doors to the bedrooms are fire doors

Additional Information
• We are a Grade II listed building therefore we can unfortunately not make our building any more accsesible than it already is. The front steps are too steep to put in a ramp for wheelchair users and this is the only entrance
• We are a non smoking establishment
• All rooms can reach mobile networks, and have wi-fi
